Fuel table

When fuel price fluctuations that are higher than 10% occur, OOC is authorised to adjust its rates with a surcharge that is equal to 1, 5% transportation price per 5% fuel index. The fuel index number comes from www.shell.nl fuel prices/ diesel ultra low sulphur and amounts to Euro 0, 80 when 100%. This is determined every 15^th of the month and applies to all transports booked from the first of the following month until the end of the month.
